I needed a exterior door and some garage trim replaced. Kevin gave me a very fair quote. Because this was a small job, he fit it into his schedule of bigger jobs when he had a few extra hours. He was able to get the work done within a couple of weeks - as opposed to waiting 3-4 months for other contractors. The work was well done. He also replaced my security sensor on the new door before leaving. He did forget to caulk the trim around the garage door, but when I called about it, Kevin offered to come do it first thing the next morning. Kevin showed up to give us a bid when he said he would and we were emailed a bid within a few days. On the day of the job, Kevin and a co-worker arrived as scheduled and spent the day at our house scraping and painting trim around our front and back doors, sanded and painted our front entry door and fixed our sliding door screen. They were very personable and showed up when they said they would. We were very happy with all the work they performed. Our Process

Consultation

The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right for you!

Online Portal

Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You’ll also be able to stay on top of expenses and when your payments are due. Have any questions or concerns during the project? Easily contact us through the portal and we’ll get back to you right away.

Finishing Up

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise with your home after we leave. By now you’ll be ready to move into your dream home and begin making memories.
